      What I like most is working culture environment in company .Everyone is supportive for the growth of any employee weather it may be technical or personal growth. Flexibility of working hours is one of best part for the employee without any tension. This company give lots of time for the improvement and growth of employee .

      I haven't find anything till now for any downside for the company.
