      Pros

      Great co-workers, great projects. CEO is the nicest guy you could ever meet. Definitely a great job to help build a resume.

      Cons

      Management is incapable of making decisions as a group. They would also pay folks in the Winooski office more just because they were next to Burlington and had more job options.

      Pros

      Decent compensation and competitive benefits package. Great work environment, Pet friendly.

      Cons

      Senior management has a hard time making independent decisions. Annual reviews and performance reviews don't happen annually. Poor communication between departments.
