Cons
SpearTip's respected reputation is indicative of the high demand for services. Tenacity is the one core value you need to handle a fast paced/growth type environment. This can be challenging for some employees who aren't equipped/dedicated enough. Personally enjoy challenges, stimulation and excited to be part of a constantly evolving, successful company - so not a con for me at all.
