      Pros

      You make good money as a sever. I make more money at this coffee shop than i do at a bar I also work at...

      Cons

      It is mainly ran by corporate and they screw things up all the time. I used to work at other stores and they are all great just the ones that are ran by corporate are a mess!

      Pros

      The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The customers have been coming for years with their families, and in turn the restaurant feels like one big family.

      Cons

      It is a physically exerting job.

      Its a good place to work I like to work in spires

      The only thing is wen we get bussy its no team work no communication between servers and cooks or manager
