      Pros

      Some of my co-workers were very friendly. My commute ranged from 15 to 20 minutes. They had free coffee - yea.

      Cons

      The office has been understaffed for years and the workload is just brutal. It is a classic sweat shop. Handling a simple claim, due to their archaic processing requirements, is like trying to wrestle a bull to the ground.

      The benefits lacked a little. Healthcare costs were high, PTO hours were low.
