Pros

Stone is one of the biggest names in the craft beer world. You can route your own day. If you work in Sales that's the only good thing because they let the sales reps do whatever they want. Sales reps tell the drivers what to do. There are no minimums to the stores or bars.

Cons

Supervisors are horrible. They don't know how to manage people and the distribution side has so much turn around. They don't care about the drivers. They pay them low and work them long and hard. If you come work for them don't expect to have a life. Don't apply if you have a family to support and come home to.

Cons

Training and compliance around certifications were unclear. My RBS/Food Handler certifications were never properly applied or verified, and I later realized I had been serving alcohol without the required ABS/RBS certifications in place. When I left the company, I did not have any of the certifications that are legally required, which raises serious concerns about oversight and compliance. Poor management, no shift meals, management had obvious favorites, gets mad/snaps at the wrong people, most of the staff were drinking on the job, lazy co-workers with no consequences, untrained hosts make for over seating and stressing out the kitchen, and get customers upset from the start, would over staff then not cut people so there would be a bunch of people standing around doing nothing while we were all on a tip pool so the paychecks were not consistent at all, started cutting our hours during holidays then hiring more people, company parties were messy and un organized with no real benefits or appreciation for the empolyees.
