Pros
As I said, the people that work here are great. Everyone works hard and gets along for the most part. Another pro is that a lot of the managers work out of town so employees that work in-house have the opportunity to work from home occasionally.
Cons
First of all, let me just say the review below this one is an obvious fake. The culture here is not good right now. Here's why... Last Halloween, the CEO accidentally emailed the entire office saying that she wanted to fire the entire staff. She even called out specific employees by name -- several of them have left since then. She doesn't work in the office (she only visits one week every month or so) so all she could do was send out an apology email. It didn't help... Since then office morale has been lower than ever, no one feels appreciated, several people have been fired, and everyone else is on edge thinking they may get fired next. The upper management has created a toxic atmosphere here that has everyone nervous and the worst part is they don't even seem to realize it.
Oh and also the pay isn't great either.
