The underwriting dept they have in office is a joke, They will tell the client whatever they want to just to get them off the phones. The worst part is that they promise the world to you and don't deliver. The "insurance" that they sell is a joke. You are required to read a script that says that there is no promise to pay on any medical claims. the doctor that works for them that essentially underwrites the claims inst even a licensed doctor anymore.
