Pros

Good pay for the job

Cons

Just did another round of layoff. Big client just called it quits even after they spent 30 million on an inferior automation system. This is a reflection of upper leaderships dishonest promises and lack of execution. This is sad because the people down in the weeds are the ones who lose the most while the people who make the mistakes are still working

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We did make some changes in a couple areas of Symbotic recently, while other teams continue to grow and hire. Like all successful startups, we must be nimble and open to change to benefit our customers and willing to realign for the work ahead of us—all while keeping profitability top of mind. While change is never easy and sometimes requires very tough decisions, which aren’t taken lightly, we are committed to moving to the next stage with our customers, who are very eager to grow with us. If you’re comfortable, I encourage you to bring up your concerns with your manager or reach out to anyone on the leadership team directly.
