      Small staff with intimate work environment. Relaxed atmosphere. Easy to be the smartest person in the room.

      Poor compensation. Inflexible and discourteous management staff. No opportunity for advancement since business is family-owned. Culture of nepotism and despotism. Male-dominated environment.
