- Fellow colleagues are amazing, kind and supportive - most managers are at least friendly - easy location to get to - TVO media is still strong, and their overall message is amazing & important.

NO job stability for contractors; TVO upper management does not care and they will NOT go to bat for you. Have seen good people go too many times for no good reason (not for lack of work). Other dept's are overworked and understaffed. Managers treat project-based work like it is salaried; they are constantly on you about being online and 'seen'. Some managers will also take it upon themselves to report on other dept's including absences/lates/etc. For what reason? Many concerns will go ignored. I know that there is bureaucracy behind the works (as with any govt job) but maybe if we looked at how much CEO & COO and other upper management leaders are making we could figure something out.

Horrible management. No one knows what is happening. Interim leadership here is worse than before - if that is even possible. Just close this place down already
