Pros

Company looked promising. The opportunity to for the company to grow is there, There are many branches of the company that work together to form a large company.

Cons

They do not support thier people. Thier motto of Safety first, employees, then customer is far from the behavior shown. Work load is overwhelming. They expect you to do the jobs of many people and not only what your expertise is. You are expected to be on call 24/7 with low pay compared to the market area. They have management in positions that are not qualified and tend to create a hostile work enviroment and eliminate people that speak up against the situation. Buddy system is how you get promoted along with raises. Your treated as you can be repleace and your position is a dime a dozen in a field that is very specific and experience is vital. Tell you what you want to hear, but have no intentions of honoring what is said.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths of this company is the accessibility of the HR team. They truly maintain an open-door policy, and the HR Business Partner goes above and beyond to support employees, answer questions, and help resolve issues. The compensation is competitive for the industry, and the schedule is a major benefit—working four 10‑hour days provides a great work-life balance. The people here are down-to-earth, genuine, and enjoyable to work with. We know how to get the job done, but we still find ways to have fun and support each other along the way. There are also real opportunities for growth and skill development, and if you're someone who wants to learn, this is a place where you can advance. Above all, I feel appreciated here. I feel like what I do matters, and I’m able to make a real impact. That sense of purpose is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

No major cons to note—every workplace has challenges, but leadership and HR actively work to make improvements.

Pros

Filled with strong hard working characters who make the day easier, its fun to work harder when you enjoy the company of those your around and i did feel a sense of fulfillment when I was able to work hard uninterrupted

Cons

The pay isint amazing and you're often working 5-6 days a week so the overtime helps, but trying to work with the "bulldog" is demoralizing and even when you bring up problems regarding machines, facilities, or management you receive jargon and occasionally a bandaid. You could even be threatened by a coworker and they will talk about it behind closed doors and move on despite contacting 3 immediate supervisors. It could be made easier if they would listen to the people who work the machines day in day out but when working with expensive machinery you'd expect them to take care of the systems keeping the machines up and running but they will either slap a cheap fix on the problem than spend the money. Only to turn around and ask why, an expensive machine that needs spesific conditions to run properly, is having issues after leaving you with cheap inefficient tools, and halfway incompetent solutions.
