Friendly, open and positive work environment. We function as a team and are here to support each other and help each other grow. Good experience working with diverse clients and different types of screen printing. You will make good money if you put in the effort and follow older reps advice.
Cons
Difficult customers (those will be everywhere) and not being able to make exceptions for certain jobs.
