I worked for 4 agencies over 40 years and this was by far the best company I ever worked for. No dialers! No games-raising or lowering of your quota. I actually had the most fun and made the most money working here. This company does not micro manage you and lets you do your job.

In my case, I wish I would of found out about this company and not wasted some many years working and wasting my talents at other agencies.

The education and training are among the elite. Excellent work environment and culture throughout the entire organization with great benefits. The LaSource Group worked and helped me with my family schedule when I was pregnant with my second child. My husband and I were very grateful for the benefits.

I can honestly say none. There is however a lot of testing and continued training and the interview process was long but in the end worth it in my opinion.
