Heaven for social loafers and low performers, worse than hell for responsiblers and high performers. The company is too small to grant justice and a fair seat. The bridge department is biased, the upper management team is exploitive, the middle management team is weak and never fights for the right stuff. You will get dismissed as "didn't go above and beyond" as well as being told "what you do is what we initially envisioned" while everybody clearly knows you took exceptional initiative and made every good thing dependent on you. High performers, avoid this company at all costs.
