      +Company truly cares about it's employees +Excellent benefits +Stellar Culture to work in +Collaborative bullpen environment +CEO is extremely approachable and caring +Professional Development available +Flexible hours and great work/life split +Management is very supportive and energetic All in all this is a truly superb place to work, with a group of engaging people.

      +small organization so you might wear a few hats - not sure I think this is a con though

      Pros

      Company hired incredible people in my time there! That was the best part. The people were what made the culture what it was. The CEO, Kyle was very dedicated and driven to create a happy workplace.

      Cons

      Half of the company was laid off in 2019 due to financial reasons. It was unexpected and a hard transition for those let go.

      Currently, it's hard to think of any pros.

      Cons

      The entire editorial team was laid off in August 2023. The company that bought TPH has a CEO who went viral for comments in a staff meeting.
