Pros

He always pays on time.

Cons

The owner of the company has such shady tactics, there is a RICO case against him. Stephen Fairley touts himself as a marketing guru, yet doesn't even have a marketing background. His degree is in counseling. He buys fake followers for his social media accounts. He practices blackhat Google Marketing He will do anything sketchy, as long as he can get away with it. This is a person who cares more about money than ethics, in business.

Pros

As with any company, there are good times and bad times, but I can say for sure that since I started here at TRI, it has been an amazing ride. TRI is on an upward trend which I am super happy to be a part of since joining recently. I can say for sure that TRI has an excellent team of professionals and a very positive pro-growth environment. Leadership and management have practically done everything they reasonable do to make me feel comfortable and welcomed as a member of their team. And that is saying a lot.

Cons

To be honest, I don't see any negative situations that I would consider to be a con. Leadership and management have been making power moves to create a positive and welcoming environment and generating momentum to take the company to the next level. That is really all you can ask for.

Pros

They do pay on time.

Cons

I was hired as a Freelance writer and was given a ton of promises of the kind of the work I would be doing. From that point on I had to beg for work because if I sat waiting I would have never been given a single project. I didn't do anywhere near as much writing as they said I would and within a couple months I couldn't get any work at all. Total waste of my time. If I ever inquired into the matter I was just told business was slow. If that was the case then why bring on more writers? They do not respect the time of their writers.
