      Pros

      Everyone that I work with is easy to get along with. They act together as a team always lift each other up. I am truly thankful that I have been blessed with such great co-workers!

      Cons

      Employee benefits could use a good sprucing. Empolyees that have been dedicated to the company for many years seems to get the lower grade pay scale. Matching pay would be benificial to the company itself. It would also help to keep the good hard workers that have been there longer.

      Decent pay and benefits, with some decent people in the community.

      Cons

      Micromanagement combined with not paying employees equally. Expects a singular maintenance employee to do 100+ apartments without help.
