      Has potential to be a great company.

      Cons

      Poor, poor management. Under qualified and inexperienced Managers. Woda has a constant turnover of employees. The positive reviews are clearly inserted by these poor Managers as they have a difficult time finding employees. They have a terrible, but justified, reputation.

      Decent pay and benefits, with some decent people in the community.

      Cons

      Micromanagement combined with not paying employees equally. Expects a singular maintenance employee to do 100+ apartments without help.
