Pros
This company does a great job cultivating a really friendly, helpful company culture in which I genuinely feel like I'm on good terms with everybody. They don't play into the "we're all family" shtick but just keep it a really solid positive group of people to work with. You really feel valued here and there's virtually no drama. It's no longer small enough to know everyone in the company by name, but I know everyone in engineering at least in passing. My managers also make it clear that they value me as an employee and want to help me be the best I can be. My work-life balance is also really respected and management doesn't feel the need to micromanage my time or be suspicious of my work as longas the results are there.
Cons
I would prefer more transparency around pay. The meeting times can also be rough sometimes, since the fully-remote nature of the company inevitably requires compromises on that front.
