100% remote, half-day Fridays, awesome PTO, and now eligible for Arch's 401k matching which is huge. Really talented and nice colleagues that I love working with.

A little anxious about the future with Arch being our parent company, but it's much better now that we have their financial backing. Just hope they don't take away some of our amazing benefits (like remote working, half day Fridays, etc.)
