Pros

- Smart, driven and hard-working team - Fast-paced growth with an opportunity to learn and experience exciting challenges every day - Strong team collaboration and joint ownership mentality - Highly committed and engaged management team - Key values: Thoughtfulness, appreciation, and transparency - Watching people share their gratitude through Thnks and be thoughtful in their interactions creates a very uplifting and positive environment to be a part of - Exposure to a fantastic network of businesspeople through diverse client base in all industries and the Loeb office we work in - Monthly team activities, free lunch every day and lots more perks

Cons

- It's a start up... so firedrills and challenges do arise which can be stressful at times - The team is still relatively small (although growing fast) so every decision you make or opinion you voice is important and can ultimately impact the bottom line... so there can be pressure in knowing that everything you do matters

Grit and problem solving is celebrated. If you like solving problems this is the place for you.

Cons

The work can be difficult, but if you dislike the mundane Thnks is anything but that.

Pros

Co-workers are solid friendly people. Gratitude feels good.

Cons

Unfortunately the execs (all VP's and above) are horrible people. Decisions have been made without listening to subject matter experts, costing this company any chance of success. I heard from former co-workers that the new CRM migration was a horrendous decision and the execs keep throwing unqualified friends to solve problems. 9-months later they are still sitting there with a busted system. The CX leadership keeps shuffling the account responsibilities around and there appears to be no clear plan. Customers are starting to take notice of the chaos. We had so many different leaders come and go in my group. the only one that had a clue on how to build relationships left last year after being here for 8 years. Everyone else is floundering about. The worst decision is keeping the scrooge-like co-founder chairman in the corner office and allowing him to make decisions that negatively impact the business. His short temper and complete lack of any redeeming human values have all but killed the culture. The CEO, who is well-meaning is stuck between doing irrational things the investors want, and what he feels is right for the future success of the business. This is going to kill the company, Walking through the office is like visiting a graveyard. It reeks of death and lack of excitement. 75% of the good people are looking for other jobs right now. Pay and bonus' suck. ....Just don't
