Where should I start?? 1. They blame teachers for tech issues even if it is there server problems. 2, They use to have fix classes where you would get paid for a class even if no students. They took that away. 3. They do not take care of teachers who have been with the company . They hire new teachers to pay the lower scale people. This is the higher scale ones get less hours. 4.TERRIBLE management!! They have screwed up my salary at least 3 or 4 times now. Also management will ignore your emails and you will have to email them 4 or 5 times just to get a answer. 5. Tech meltdown every week. Every week something happens with student mic's, your mic, or server messing up. They switch to a new system and still things have not gotten better. 6. I could sit here more and think of even more things. However you get the picture.
