Bad management - General Affairs Manager Torishin Employee Review

Very busy and fast pace especially on the weekend. They have promotion system and tip pooling system which is clear to see.

Need to remember a lot of Chicken Skewers name and plates to explain to the guest.

I don’t know if there is any pros but at least you meet some good people but there is the bad too, managers are nice at least

Training is disorganized, chefs give you attitude, pay isn’t great since I see how much tips we’re getting, I would say it’s not honest pay… I wonder where that money goes… some servers trying to act as managers and be rude
