Not even close to an enjoyable experience - Anonymous employee Trimble Transportation Employee Review

Management, management, and lack of good management. The Development manager is ruled by a team lead, the Support Manager isnt allowed to manage and head office is so scared of lawsuits they do nothing about serious breaches of employment standards. There is no confidentiality where HR is concerned. The GM rules with an iron fist -if he decides to show up since he doesn't live in Canada. Any suggestions to boost morale are immediately dismissed. I should have read the reviews here before i a cepted the position. Draconian is just the tip of the iceberg for these guys. Cant wait to find work elsewhere.
