Pros
Coworkers are great. There're all really talented and hardworking. I didn't meet a single lazy person in any department. As a tech writer we had to go all over to find out about the new features. Plus, TMW, now owned by Trimble, has fun stuff like ping pong tables.
Cons
Stressful place to work, because lots of poor management. If you're a developer, you're going to have to deal with features that exist, but don't fully function, half implemented code from cancelled projects, and tough deadlines.
