Very frustrating organization. Lots of low hanging fruit but c-level ineptness and favoritism keeps us mired in mediocrity. We need leadership change in several roles to unlock success. Sales and profit are not growing as they should/ could be. Executive leaders don’t get to keep their positions with these types of results at world class companies.
