No specific cons during my time of employment

Overall it's a nice place to work. There's a cool office, a lot of creative people with different background, and of course it's inspiring to work with teenagers and help them to find themselves.

The problem with management has been consistent for the last 15 years, I’d say. These people are either incompetent, toxic, or both. About 5 or 6 top managers seem divided, with a cold “rivalry” between them, and they don’t appear to support each other. Most mid-level managers are either friends or relatives of the top ones, and they’re not exactly impressive as managers either. It feels like the top management is clinging to their positions and avoids hiring strong professionals, likely to prevent being exposed as incompetent by comparison.
