Pros
Good pay, bonuses most years & merit increases every year, nice office, people are friendly and approachable, collaborative spirit/everyone works together, close-knit and family owned, flexible and understanding when it comes to being sick/appointments, good work-life balance for the most part, no toxic situation where you feel if you aren't there until 7pm everyday you're a bad employee, low turnover
Cons
Lots of people who have been there a long time and stuck in their ways, not a ton of opportunity for advancement, some outdated policies and ways of thinking, some "that's just how it is" circumstances, people in management positions who shouldn't be and only are because they've been there a long time, can be a little clique-y
