There are NO benefits (medical, health, nor dental) - lied on a job description about that (paid sick leave was FINALLY implemented after several months later) There is no growth (unless you’re favored) nor stability - it’s a numbers game with them. They obviously don’t care about their employees. Their turnover rate is ridiculously high — a lot people come & go if you don’t produce a certain amount of leads (not everyone can afford getting their home done in this inflation). There is ONLY ONE bathroom for 15+ employees It’s cramped up area — not your ideal of work environment.
