      Pros

      Plenty of Training, Great Field Management Team, Back Office Help and Support is Very Good. Decent Software, Compared to Other Health Plans the compensation is better.

      Cons

      Not Really What it Seems to Be. Do not give up your prior company appointments, free leads are a yellow book, dun and Bradstreet list of old, old names and numbers. If you don't get up and running quickly your out... Just like that.

      Pros

      uncapped Commission and you are and Independent Contractor. You probably wont start making money till year 3

      Cons

      You don't have a base it's all commission and you have monthly expenses to pay for your CRM. You also have to pay for your leads.
