It's a casual dress environment and a relaxed feeling in the office. Co-workers were always friendly for the most part.
Cons
The leadership was incredibly disorganized. Tasks would take forever to get feedback, changes were constantly made with no solid follow-up, and clients were constantly getting messy work. There was a terrible work-life balance and the financial situation was unstable. Clients leaving left and right. HR was nearly absent, rarely responded, and there were situations going on that needed more oversight.
