Pros
The shifts are pretty consistent and as a part time worker you can refuse shifts without repercussion. You can sign up for a steady shift even as a part time employee and it remains consistent indefinitely.
Cons
Terrible working environment. Rude customers, even ruder co-workers and supervisors, low pay and high stress. Only get 10 minute am and pm breaks and 25 min meal breaks. Barely enough time to go to the washroom. Cannot qualify for benefits till after the first year. You can't take off a partial shift. If you need time off you must lose the whole day.
