The medical insurance is excellent.
Cons
All other benefits including salary are below standard. Senior management treats us like dirt. We don't have paper towels or a garbage can in the bathroom/lockerroom. The employee lunchroom is not air conditioned so it is hot in the summer. They won't update any equipment, they would rather have the money in their pockets. They do not turn on the heat on some cold days. The Board of directors was just here & they didn't talk to any factory workers or even glance in our direction. We have been on clean up for weeks & than they want to know why our work isn't done. Personal days must be scheduled, this is ridiculous.
