      None and the pay is crap. You get to deal with wannabe Russians that have extreme tempers. You could not pay me a million dollars to return

      Pros

      I like the current CEO Avi and the new Ops Manager Josh. I had some problems with my route and a client and they were very quick to take of the problem to my satisfaction. The management and dispatch staff are very focused on customers and taking care of staff and customers alike.

      We need more good people.
