      Pros

      You are not micro-managed so there is a lot of freedom!

      Cons

      Very unorganized. No head boss to turn to for questions etc. No training. Told multiple different things from different people. Toxic environment. What i was told when hired was completely different than when I was actually working for the company.

      Terrible ownership, District managers are handicapped by owners incompetence. Company lacks culture or desire to develop one
