Pros

VDTG is an awesome company to work for. During the interview my recruiter stated, "We do not hire for the project, we hire for the company". I was able to advance within my career by going through their offered training program and switching to a different project. Awesome company to work for!

Cons

Communication... The different departments do not communicate effectively amongst each other.

Pros

The job and mission are great. The people on contract are very talented and skilled. The people are very friendly and have a welcoming environment. Once work is over, you can head home and not worry about taking work with you. The new Jacobs management's goals are

Cons

After the acquisition by Jacobs, this place is no longer a cybersecurity company. There is no career path. The job you start on is the job you leave. Management also treats this company like a traditional engineering company instead of a cyber company. They care more about workplace safety than innovation. There is no culture. The job feels like you're filling a seat rather than building a career. The benefits are now very expensive. They're practically forcing people into the high deductible plans.
