Pros
Good work environment. They are a fast-growing company. Willing to listen to new ideas to improve the company and spend money. There is management that does care vs at other places I've worked at where you are just another number. I don't feel like they micromanage. They do career paths for you to be able to get Certifications. They currently offer to pay for the 1st attempt at the certification. They promote within. They understand and are helpful when personal emergencies come up and do check in to make sure you are doing okay.
Cons
One area where they could improve is communication. While Valeo does well in proactive management and tailored solutions, there were instances where clearer communication could improve. Prompt responsiveness is crucial in the fast-paced world of IT services, more proactive updates and transparent communication channels would help their service delivery. There is a need for more Tech’s, but upper management is working on that. Took longer than it should have.
