Long-term staff here are very loyal and great to work with. The CEO is directly involved, which really helps communication. She goes out of her way to thank people individually when they go above and beyond. The work is very interesting and the doctors are great. I really don't understand some of these negative reviews, as I have worked here for years and it's been awesome! In fact, Lisa seems to really care about both the clients and the staff! Most of these reviews are very old and are from around the same time period, so maybe that means there was a problem that no longer exists. Either way, I'm happy here!!

Sometimes work varies between very busy and sometimes shorthanded to slow periods, but that is the nature of our business. There are some features about the platform that I would like to see improved, but it is overall pretty good.

Pay - they said due to the extra responsibilities they were giving me, my pay was high - but, it was mediocre for the several roles I played. Benefits - Again, they say these are great benefits, but between no holiday pay (except 3 days) and the horrible health insurance, I wished I had stayed at my job before this one. CEO - She needs to work on her interpersonal skills - they are desperately lacking.
