Hi, and thanks for taking the time to leave us this review. I’m so glad you feel there is a positive team spirit here at Vets Now. We work hard to create this, but ultimately it’s a testament to our amazing staff working tirelessly every day towards the common goal of saving pets lives. I’m also encouraged that you feel flexibility, recognition and transparency are points worth mentioning – we are very proud of progress we’ve made in all these areas over the last few months and years. I do take on board your point around benefits – we’ve recently taken proactive steps to address this by evaluating our staff benefits package to make sure we have a competitive offering that is in line with the rest of the market. We are making continuous changes here, but we have to ensure our business is running as efficiently as possible first. I also take on board your feedback.
