The CEO has no vision in Healthcare Staffing because she’s never been in healthcare staffing. Has no concept of digging in with the actual work yet sets absurd metrics and standard operating procedures. This industry is about friendships and endless SOP’s is robotic and isn’t people centered. Not to mention, the CEO works maybe 1-2 hours per day, how does that trickle down to show that she is “leading” to the rest of the team? It doesn’t.
