I got great experience that taught me more than I ever dreamed at this position, some of which was due to the cons below.
Cons
Did not care for how the publisher spoke to authors. Publisher made multiple errors in uploading my book on various platforms. Poor record-keeping, often evasive and non-responsive, received numerous ongoing complaints about this company from other authors. This was my experience and per Glassdoor guidelines is 100% truthful.
