TERRIBLE management. Senior management would regularly tear each other apart, either face to face or behind their backs. Regularly adjusting figures for the CEO. Which created an element of mistrust in the office. Not one person is in that office for career development, if they are they're being lied to as there is figuratively no where to go as the chief financial officer refuses to pay people their worth. No staff pay rises in at least two-four years to match the rate of inflation. Asked to regularly falsify figures for stakeholders. Sales staff regularly lie to gain sales but do not take responsibility for errors. Call centre staff (if you can call them that) don't even know how to answer a ringing phone. Or point blank stare at their mobile phones, go away to chat elsewhere and regularly leave phones ringing for others to answer. Training is shocking. Handed leaflets etc and expected to understand the various machines. Having to actually push for training was the first indicator that this was not the place for me. Customer complaints range from incompetence from technicians that caused flooding, no shows, continuous machine breakdowns, poor customer service and unreasonable contracts etc etc. There is no understanding of competitor markets and price comparisons. There is a huge culture of favouriting and office tension which is poorly managed or ignored and any staff complaints or issues raised are verbally acknowledged then discarded, many staff openly then voice concerns, which management can hear but don't action complaints. No HR department so no support for sickness, managing absence lateness etc. Also regularly lied to about company projections, targets etc. Really awful company to work for, truly. It just eats away at your business confidence, morals and energy.
