Micro manage you to the point of delirium. If it doesn't involve medical equipment then it will not get fixed properly. All mechanical equipment is band-aided together. There is no care for facilities equipment. The staff is not trained and are not watched to make sure preventative maintenance is being performed properly. The management will approve things at random then blame everyone under them for their mistakes. You can never find management when needed. High turn over rate in the facilities area.
