Pros

- Passionate about the mission - Super smart, intelligent co-workers with their hearts in the right place - Mission focused - Plenty of work and a strong, small team - Good leadership - A good work/life balance is encouraged (it is in our hands to make that happen) - Dog friendly office - Lots of growth opportunities as the team and mission continues to grow

Cons

The workload can be intense - while this means you are always challenged to stretch beyond your skill set and knowledge, and gain new skills and responsibilities (which is great) - a small team means everyone shoulders heavy responsibilities that can sometimes feel overwhelming - but this is where you are encouraged to find a balance and there is always a good communication channel with the senior folks - so not a con really.
