      Pros

      It was ALL pro. The work was wonderful, the pay was wonderful, the best company I have ever worked for. I know this review comes pretty late, but I wanted people to know that if there is any chance to join a team of these individuals - the owner is now retired, but she did some good team picking - that they should thank their lucky stars, cross their fingers, and hope they are hired.

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of a single bad thing about all the years I worked for them. Maybe there were some cons but for the life of me I cannot remember any.

      Pros

      The software platform is Word-based and simple to use. The account is the best I've ever had. Best and rare in the industry today, they leave me alone and let me work without micromanaging. They simple hire highly-skilled transcriptionists and then allow us to work.

      Cons

      Recently due to the implementation of the account's EMR, the work availability has fallen off drastically. I am loath to leave this haven of transcription bliss, so I plan to stay as long as possible. I am listing the job outlook below as "staying the same" because I still believe this business has room to grow in new directions but at the moment we seem to have reached a nadir, so it is hard to say with certainty. More frequent informational updates from management would be helpful even when there is no "new" news.
