Pros

Owner is approachable, company want you to succeed and truly believe in promoting from within. The company closed all of the sites early just to have a company sponsored Christmas party , generous discounts and those who deserve rewards receive them.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, as I stated the company believes in taking care of their employees, hourly staff members make a livable wage, most stay out between 9-11$ an hour.

Pros

The franchise owner is very interested in building up the brand. Under the new ownership, several of the restaurants were torn down and rebuilt. I believe there's intent to purchase or build more restaurants in the area. While it's still fast food pay, the owner quickly gave an across-the-board raise to all employees to get them above minimum wage.

Cons

Many of the scheduling managers felt the need to reinvent the schedule every week, making it near impossible to schedule plans more than a few days in advance. Oftentimes, managers would try to cut corners by extending the life of fryer oil, making the food lower quality.
