Everything else. Management is garbage, the upper cusp of management dont know change and a great thing when they see it sitting in front of them. Money is spent based on inside relationships and decisions are constantly undermined.

flexibility you pretty much make your own schedule and can come and go as you please when the leads are good sales come a dime a dozen

the leads are pretty much good once a year the schedule is so flexible that the office becomes a place to kick it not an actual job you pretty much lie to the customers because they dont follow through on anything your taught to say
