      Pros

      Every individual in the company is genuine, respectful, and friendly. From executive level all the way to entry-level associates, people are there to help you thrive. The company culture is unmatched by any corporation! Worldwide Express can become your family if you allow it, for they truly care about their people. Work-life balance is king here, they really make an effort to allow your personal life to flourish by making schedules immensely flexible. I enjoyed being able to leave work and not have to think about it until the next day! The company encouraged team outings and seasonal contests. Lastly, whether you're looking to advance in your career, or are fresh out of college, Worldwide has a place for you! I'm still in touch with my WWEX family, they're truly one in a kind.

      Cons

      Although the salary could be more competitive, the company will give out bonuses, and offer opportunities to attend sporting events at the American Airlines Center. This position is primarily remote, so the savings on gas are helpful

While there may not always be step-by-step guidance, the company provides the resources, tools, and opportunities needed for those willing to put in the effort and take ownership of their growth.

      Pros

      - Great work location - Company Culture - Hands on Logistics experience - Hybrid work week Too many pros!

      Cons

      - Could use some more vacation hours - I would say 3 weeks throughout the year would be ideal... - Compensation could be a bit higher - but I am entry level so... it's okay for now! - The OneNote - Beyond Brokerage (It just isn't for me - but it is helpful... it's just a lot of information bundled up together).
