The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, making it an exciting place to work. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, which makes it easy to build relationships with colleagues. Overall, Wowcher is an excellent place to start your career, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and supportive work environment.

      It's fast pace sales. So, there is always something that needs doing.

      Pros

      Not many, use your short the time while there to practice and build on Excel and Salesforce knowledge. Some of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      If you get a role here as a recent graduate do not stop applying for other more serious roles. Aim to stay 3-6 months max. Career progression is almost non-existent. Pay is very low for London. Turnover is high. Systems are outdated making work longer rather than more efficient. Work is repetitive and unexciting. Company is struggling. Management look out for themselves. Praise received is very short lived but an error will always be held hanging over your head. Managers will micromanage and add additional workload for little to no monetary benefit.
